This award recognises an individual procurement project that has delivered exceptional public value through rigorous planning, effective execution and clear outcomes measurement. The judges are looking for projects where procurement made the differencewhere the quality of the procurement process, market engagement, commercial structure and contract management were the direct reason for a successful outcome. Scale matters less than substance.

Eligibility: Open to public sector organisations; submissions may include representatives from partner organisations on collaborative projects

Qualifying period: January 2025 to March 2026
