This award recognises a supplier – from the private sector, voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, or elsewhere – that has made an exceptional contribution to public procurement outcomes during the qualifying period. This is not simply about contract performance; it is about the quality of partnership, the commitment to public value, and the willingness to go beyond the contract to support the organisations and communities being served.
Eligibility: Open to private sector, VCSE and other non-public sector organisations supplying goods or services to the public sector.
Qualifying period: January 2025 to March 2026
